温泉山荘だいこんの花では、新型コロナウイルス感染予防対策に限らず、ご利用いただくお客様に清潔で安全な「居心地の良い」空間を提供するためにクリーン＆セーフポリシーを定めております。
【清掃・清潔】
・通常の客室清掃に加え、アルコール製剤を使用した清掃と拭き上げを実施しております。特に手が触れる部分（ドアノブ、水栓金具、引き出しや冷蔵庫等の取っ手類、リモコン、スイッチ類など）を除菌清掃しています。
・館内各所に手指消毒用のアルコール製剤を用意しております。
【健康】
・スタッフにつきましては健康状態と衛生面の管理（検温と記録）を徹底し、発熱などの症状がある場合は業務を制限しております。
・スタッフのマスク着用についてはレストラン業務以外は着用を任意としております。但し、個々の事情によりマスクを着用する場合がありますので、接客サービスに於いて不快に感じられる場合はお申し付けください。尚、お客様のマスク着用は任意としております。
・パブリックスペースなど、館内に於けるこまめな換気を行っております。

①SIAA認証の「抗ウイルス」・「抗菌」コーティングを客室や館内各所に施行完了
②CO2濃度測定器の導入及び数値管理による換気の実施
③客室に空間除菌脱臭機（ジアイーノ）の導入
④客室に加湿・空気清浄機能付きエアコンの導入
⑤客室に自動開閉洗浄機能付きトイレの導入
⑥抗ウイルス・抗菌（VB）おしぼりの採用

At our hotel, we have established a clean & safe policy not only to prevent new coronavirus infection, but also to provide a clean and safe “comfortable” space for our guests.
【Cleaning and cleanliness】
In addition to regular room cleaning, we clean and wipe with alcohol products.
We disinfect and clean (door knobs, faucet fittings, drawer and refrigerator handles, remote controls, switches, etc.).
Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available throughout the hotel.
【health】
For our staff, we strictly manage their health and hygiene (temperature measurement and recording), and if they have symptoms such as fever, they are restricted from coming to work or working.
Regarding the wearing of masks by staff, it is optional except for restaurant work. However, depending on individual circumstances, masks may be worn, so please let us know if you feel uncomfortable with customer service. It is optional for customers to wear a mask.
We are diligently ventilating the building, such as public spaces.
