Article 1 Scope of Application

1. This accommodation agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “accommodation agreement”) is a contract between the hotel and the person who concludes an accommodation contract and related agreements or makes a reservation for accommodation (hereinafter referred to as the “guest”). Rights and obligations are defined. Matters not stipulated in the accommodation agreement shall be governed by laws and generally established customs.

2. If the hotel accepts a special agreement within the scope of laws and customs, the special agreement shall take precedence regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 2 Application for accommodation contract

1. When applying for an accommodation contract or making a reservation for accommodation, the guest shall notify the hotel of the following items.
(1) Guest name and contact information
(2) Date of stay
(3) Accommodation plan
(4) Estimated time of arrival
(5) Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel

2. In the event that the lodger requests, during his/her stay, that the lodging be continued beyond the date specified in item (2) of the preceding paragraph, the hotel will treat it as an application for a new lodging contract at the time the request is made. .

3. The use accommodation plan in Paragraph 1, Item (3) shall be valid only at the time of application for the accommodation contract. If you wish to stay under a different accommodation plan than at the time of application, you will be required to apply for a new accommodation contract. In addition, since the reservation made at the time of application will not be canceled, you will be required to take the necessary procedures separately.

4. The guest shall not transfer the accommodation contract between the guest and the hotel or the status of the accommodation reservation to a third party in order to prevent inappropriate reselling and to provide all guests with an appropriate accommodation opportunity. The guest shall apply for an accommodation contract with the understanding that it is prohibited unless the hotel expressly approves it.

5. If the same user applies for duplicate accommodation contracts on the same day or multiple accommodation contracts for similar dates without a valid reason, the hotel will provide accommodation opportunities to as many guests as possible. I understand that it is prohibited to do so, and I will apply for an accommodation contract.

Article 3 Completion of accommodation contract, etc.

1. An accommodation contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the hotel has accepted the application as stipulated in the preceding article. However, depending on the accommodation plan, after the application in the preceding article, advance payment is made and the hotel confirms the payment. However, this does not apply when it is proved that the hotel did not accept it.

Article 4 Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract

1. The hotel may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.
(1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with the accommodation agreement
(2) When there is no room in the guest room due to full occupancy
(3) When the guest or facility user is deemed to fall under any of the following (a) to (c)
 (a) Organized crime groups (hereinafter referred to as “gangsters”) and members of organized crime groups (hereinafter referred to as “gangster members”) stipulated in the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gang Members (Act No. 77 of 1991). ), an associate member of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, or any other anti-social force.
 (b) When an organized crime group or an organized crime group member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities
 (c) When a corporation has a member of an organized crime group among its officers
(4) When it is recognized that the lodger is likely to act contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals in relation to lodging.
(5) When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease
(6) When a violent request is made regarding accommodation, or when a burden exceeding a reasonable range is requested
(7) When accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons
(8) When it is recognized that the guest may not comply with the accommodation agreement or the usage rules established by the hotel.
(9) When it falls under the provisions of the Inns and Hotels Act Enforcement Ordinance that governs the hotel facilities

Article 5 Right to cancel the contract of the guest

1. The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the hotel, except for some accommodation plans.

2. If the guest cancels the accommodation contract in whole or in part due to reasons for which the guest is responsible, the hotel will charge a penalty in accordance with the cancellation policy presented by the hotel at the time of application for the accommodation contract.

3. If the guest does not arrive by 6:00 p.m. (10:00 p.m. in the case of an accommodation contract that does not include dinner) on the day of accommodation without contacting the hotel, the accommodation contract will be deemed to have been canceled by the guest. may be treated as such.

Article 6 Right to cancel the contract

1. The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
(1) When it is recognized that there is a risk that the guest will act against the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals regarding accommodation, or when it is recognized that he or she has done the same
(2) When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease
(3) When accommodation cannot be provided due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, facility failures, etc.
(4) When the guest is deemed to fall under the following (a) to (c)
 (a) Gangsters, gangsters, associate members of gangsters, gangsters, or other anti-social forces
 (b) When an organized crime group or an organized crime group member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities
 (c) When a corporation has a member of an organized crime group among its officers
(5) When the guest makes unreasonable and intimidating demands such as violence, threats, blackmail, etc., against the accommodation facility or accommodation facility employees, or demands a burden that exceeds the reasonable range.
(6) When the guest fails to comply with the accommodation agreement or the usage rules stipulated by the hotel.
(7) When it falls under the provisions of the Inns and Hotels Act Enforcement Ordinance that governs the hotel facilities
(8) When a minor stays alone without parental consent
(9) When the guest room cannot be provided to the guest for reasons other than (3) of this paragraph (However, in this case, we will arrange other accommodation facilities as much as possible.)
(10) When it is recognized that the status of the accommodation contract or reservation has been transferred without the hotel’s explicit consent
(11) When it is recognized that the same user has applied for duplicate accommodation contracts on the same day and has made multiple accommodation contracts or reservations for similar dates without reasonable grounds.

Article 7 Registration of accommodation contract

1. Guests are required to register the following items at the hotel on the day of their stay.
(1) Guest’s name, age, gender, phone number and occupation
(2) Nationality, passport number, port of entry and date of entry for foreigners who are not medium- to long-term residents
(3) Departure date and scheduled departure time
(4) Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel

2. When the Guest intends to pay the charges stipulated in Article 10 by means of a credit card or other alternatives to currency, the Guest may be required to present them in advance at the time of registration as stipulated in the preceding Paragraph.

Article 8 Guest room hours of use

1. The guest can use the guest room of the hotel from the check-in time set for each accommodation contract to the check-out time.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may allow the guest to use the guest room outside the hours stipulated in the same paragraph. In this case, we will charge an additional fee.

Article 9 Observance of Usage Rules

The guest shall comply with the usage rules established by the hotel and posted within the hotel.

Article 10 Payment of fees

1. The breakdown of the accommodation fee is as follows.

2. Payment of accommodation charges, etc. shall be made to the hotel by the time of departure of the guest or when requested by the hotel, in currency or by means of alternatives such as credit cards approved by the hotel.

3. Accommodation charges will be charged even if the guest voluntarily does not stay after the hotel has prepared the room for the guest and made it available for use.

Article 11 Storage of guest's luggage or belongings

1. In the event that the guest’s baggage arrives at the hotel prior to their stay, it will be stored responsibly and checked by the guest only when approved by the hotel prior to its arrival (including by the method specified by the hotel). I will give it to you when you check in.

2. After the guest has checked out, the hotel will take responsibility for storing the luggage or belongings only when the hotel has agreed in advance. If the baggage is not picked up within the storage period requested by the hotel in advance, the hotel may voluntarily dispose of the baggage items without taking responsibility.

3. After the guest has checked out, if the guest’s baggage or belongings are left without the hotel’s consent, the hotel will, at its discretion, take measures such as disposing of it, storing it for a certain period of time, or delivering it to the police station.

Article 12 Handling of brought-in items

1. If you wish to bring in a large amount of cash or valuables, please let us know in advance for reasons such as security. Even if you let us know, we may refuse to bring it in at our discretion. The hotel will not be held responsible for damage, defacement, loss, etc. of a large amount of cash or valuables brought into the hotel without notifying the hotel.

2. Cash, valuables, baggage or belongings brought in by the guest shall be stored and managed by the guest. Except for the above, we will compensate for damages only in the case of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the hotel regarding damage, staining, loss, etc.

3. Regarding the compensation in the preceding paragraph, we will compensate for the damage on the condition that the amount of damage is objectively proven. Regardless of the guest’s subjective value, if it is difficult to objectively evaluate the amount of damage, we will compensate the equivalent amount up to 100,000 yen.

Article 13 Responsibilities of Guests

1. If the Hotel incurs any damages due to the Guest’s intentional misconduct or negligence, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for such damages.

Article 14 About entering the guest room

1. In the following cases, the hotel may enter the guest room without the guest’s permission even after the guest has checked in.
(1) When providing the hotel’s services such as cleaning and room service
(2) When it is recognized that there is a risk of committing acts contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, usage rules, public order or good morals, or when it is recognized that such acts have been done
(3) When it is determined that it is necessary to enter the room according to the instructions of the police and fire department
(4) When it is determined that it is necessary for the maintenance of the building/equipment
(5) When the hotel determines that it is necessary to confirm the safety of the guest and ensure safety

Article 15 Parking Liability

1. When the guest uses the parking lot of the hotel, the hotel lends the parking lot and does not assume responsibility for the management of the vehicle or the obligation to prevent damage by a third party.

Article 16 Severability of Clauses

1. Even if a part of the accommodation agreement is judged to be illegal or invalid by a public institution, the part excluding the said part will not be affected and will continue to be effective.

Article 17 Changes to Accommodation Contracts

1. Accommodation agreements fall under standard agreements under the civil law, and each clause of the accommodation contract may be subject to the civil law if it is deemed to conform to the general interests of the guest or if there are reasonable grounds for changing it. Change according to regulations.

2. Changes to the accommodation agreement will be applied from the designated effective date after the change to the accommodation agreement is published on this website.
